Arlington, Texas

If you are ever in the vicinity of Arlington Texas do not hesitate to stay and enjoy the many activities of entertainment that this exciting city has to offer. Just to name a few you have Six Flags over Texas. Six Flags is a must if you have children. A all day trip of fun and excitement with rides from toddlers to full grown adults. Just a few blocks away from Six Flags you have the new Globe Life Field the home ballpark of the Texas Rangers. Home of Nolan Ryan and Pudge Rodriquez. The Ballpark is fully enclosed with the inside totally air conditioned. The inside when we were there to watch the Rockies vs the Rangers was a wonderful 74 degrees. The roof is just a little over 5 acres in size and retracts in approximately 12 minutes. What a beautiful venue to enjoy the many levels of food courts, adult beverage stations, private clubs and walls of history and memorabilia. And just a few blocks down the street you have the famous AT&T Stadium the home of the Dallas Cowboys. The AT&T Stadium will host many concerts, college football, high school football and the famous Dallas Cowboys. The AT&T Stadium is also air conditioned offering a comfortable experience during any season. And just across the interstate from AT&T Stadium you have the Hurricane Harbor. The Hurricane Harbor is a huge water park with very large water slides and entertainment for the kids. And just east on interstate 30 you have the Wax Museum. You will marvel at the quality and life like of these wax figures. You will not be disappointed at the many restaurants and entertainment venues this city has to offer. We hope you get to visit Arlington with you travels someday. Happy and safe Travels.
