Riverbend is situated on 120 acres and 25 acres preserved in its natural state. Riverbend sits on the shore of the Caloosahatchee river waterway and has over 1000 feet of river frontage. Riverbend has its own boat ramp and many boat slips for its members and guest for all their water enjoyment. At the shore you can enjoy food and drinks and nighttime entertainment in such a beautiful setting with the thick tropical landscape and the many oak trees with Spanish moss hanging from every limb.
RiverBend is a ownership resort. The owners are responsible for the overall operations of the resort. RiverBend has 315 privately owned lots with four distinctive types of property Riverside, Creekside, Lakeside and Woodside, each offering its own unique features. Each lot is approximately 50ft by 100ft with electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi at each lot. Each owner can add outdoor kitchens, build Casitas or a screened in outdoor patio and landscapes to their own taste. As you drive through the complex the pride of every owner shows as they are working on their property and hiring contractors to build custom casitas and laying paver stones and landscaping. Their season officially begins December 1st and runs to the end of April. During this time you have many organized activities from pickleball, shuffleboard, remote control boat racing, remote control car racing, yoga, billiard, volleyball, water aerobics, horseshoe, bingo, putting greens, and many more unbelievable activities.
