Our travels take us to the beautiful town of Ruidoso New Mexico. As we near our destination we could see the mountains at a distance and the land becoming full of tall pines and junipers. We love the mountains and our RV Resort sets on the side of a hill overlooking the valley with the distant silhouette of the Sierra Blanca Mountain range.
We booked our stay in Ruidoso at the beautiful RV Resort Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch. Our sight # 28 sits on the side of the bluff overlooking the Valley and distant mountain tops. What made our sight so special was we were facing due east and each and every morning we would wake to hot coffee and to a wonderful and sensational sunrise. The Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch have long level concrete sights with adjoining patios with a propane fire pit, and chairs to enjoy overlooking the valley.
As we travel throughout the town, we find wonderful souvenir shops, restaurants and wild horses. Yes, wild horses!!! you can find wild horses running down main street and surrounding areas. We were fascinated by the horses and decided to seek these beautiful wild animals and we found many bands along the golf course and down near Grindstone Lake. We finished our stay with a horseback ride in the white mountains in the National Forest.
